The client currently lives in a large two story home.  The main focus of this design is to down size the square footage and have all the living on the first floor in 3,000 S.F.  The Master features  his & hers baths and closets.  It has a detached garage with a drive thru covered  car port.  The property is restricted by the wet lands so the pool is positioned tight to the terrace but there is plenty of outdoor living.
